Persiapan

  1. 1Please bring your previous medical records, vaccination book, X-ray, MRI, or CT scan results (if available), glasses (if you wear them), or a contact lens case (if you use contact lenses).
  2. 2Carry a valid identification card (Passport, KTP, or Driver’s License).

  3. 3Fast for 10-12 hours before your health screening appointment. Drinking plain water is allowed. Fasting helps ensure accurate results for blood tests, including glucose, cholesterol, and triglycerides.
  4. 4Inform our staff of any medications you are currently taking before undergoing any health screening procedures (via the pre-visit screening form).
  5. 5If you are scheduled for an MSCT cardiac examination, discontinue Metformin and SGLT2 inhibitors 48 hours before the test.

  6. 6Schedule your appointment around day 10-14 of your menstrual cycle, approximately one week after your last day of menstruation.
  7. 7If you are menstruating on the day of your appointment, inform the receptionist upon arrival. You will not be able to undergo urine and/or stool tests or a Pap smear, as the presence of blood may lead to inaccurate results.
