Dr. Agustina Santi, MSc., SpA., IBCLC

Dr. Agustina Santi is a Pediatrician and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with over 23 years of medical experience, including more than 15 years as a pediatric specialist. Since becoming an IBCLC in 2015, she has guided thousands of mothers and babies—both Indonesian and expatriate families—through a wide range of breastfeeding journeys, from common challenges to complex clinical cases. A dedicated breastfeeding advocate, Dr. Santi actively contributes to national and international education and research. She serves as a Board Co-Opted Member of the Australasian Society for Tethered Oral Tissues (ASTOT), and is a member of the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine (ABM) USA and the International Lactation Consultant Association (ILCA). Her expertise includes managing complex breastfeeding difficulties such as nipple confusion, low milk supply, oromotor dysfunction, adoptive breastfeeding, as well as supporting infants with tongue-tie and lip-tie.
